Shipping Information
How long will it take to process my new order and ship my drugs?
Your order may take up to 5 days to process before being shipped. Once
your order has been processed expect approximately 8 business days
for shipping provided that there are no problems with your order (ie.
missing information, credit card processing difficulties).
Can my wife/husbands order be combined and shipped in the same
box in order to save on the shipping cost?
If you have a significant other in the same household that orders items
from us at the same time we will (at your request) ship all the items
in the same box for the one $12.00 charge."
What happens if customs (or related agency) "seizes"
my order?
If a shipment does not arrive within 21 days, you may re-order (and pay) for
a reshipment of the order. Canada Post automatically insures each package for
$100 CDN, but you have the option of purchasing additional insurance if desired.
Our experience has been that a customs seizure usually results in a 2-3 week delay, but
packages almost always eventually arrive. The incidence of this is rare, but can happen. The
best rule of thumb is to order your prescriptions with lots of time to spare!

Changes in Medical Conditions
If your medical condition changes, you have to submit a new patient
questionnaire.
Do I need a Prescription?
Yes! We require a prescription for all medications that are prescription
only in Canada and the United States. Prescriptions older than 6 months
will be refused. Just like your local pharmacy we require a valid prescription
from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.
Does my doctor have to know that I am getting my prescriptions
fill by a Canadian company?
No, however on occasion we may need to phone your physician for
further information or a clarification. At that time our pharmacists would
identify themselves as employees of All Canadian Meds It may be a good idea
to inform your physician anyways since they should be informed of all
of the details of your medical condition - including the source of the
drugs that you are taking.
Can my doctor fill in and fax/send in the patient questionnaire
for me?
Yes, however this is not a requirement. All of the necessary information
can be sent in by you on your own.

Exchange Policy
What is your exchange policy…if you have one?
We may, at our discretion, exchange and replace a Product, in the event
of damage or defect of the product.
Generic Drugs / Effectiveness
Generic drugs are the same in terms of effectiveness as brand-name drugs.
What if I don't want generic substitution, can I opt to have
only brand-name drugs?
Yes. On the Patient Questionnaire there is a space that allows you to
indicate whether or not generic substitution is acceptable. If you wish
to have generic substitution on only some of your prescriptions, you can
do any one of the following:
- Get your doctor to write the prescription specifically requesting
the generic drug.
- On the Patient Questionnaire in the "Medications Being Ordered"
section write the brand name of the drug desired then put the word (GENERIC)
in parenthesis beside it.
- Write a note and include it when you fax or mail in the Patient Questionnaire
indicating which drugs you wish to have filled with generics and which
you require the brand names."
